We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to maintain the quality of our group trips. Please review the following refund terms carefully.
Refund Schedule
More than 7 days before departure
Between 3 to 6 days before departure
Between 1 to 3 days before departure
Between 4 hours to 24 hours before departure
Less than 4 hours before departure
Important Terms
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@lifeonwheels.in or by calling +91-7633002999
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for booking.
- Processing fees may apply for certain payment methods.
- In case of trip cancellation by Life On Wheels Travel due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control, full refund will be provided.
Special Circumstances
Weather Conditions
If we cancel a trip due to severe weather conditions or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
